Barr. Emeka Azinge

Barr. Azinge holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Cardiff University, United Kingdom and a Masters of Commercial and Financial Law degree from the King’s College London, United Kingdom. He has been called to the Nigerian bar as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and is the Managing Partner EMEDITH SOLICITORS, a Corporate and Commercial Law firm.
Barr. Azinge is a member of the International Association of facilitators (I.A.F) as well as a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, U.K. and Nigeria Branch; he is well trained in the alternative dispute resolution mechanisms of arbitration, conciliation, negotiation and mediation. An amiable and skilled facilitator, coach and mentor with a unique style and empathic disposition, Barr. Azinge has facilitated several workshop-training sessions and is a guest facilitator at the School of Media and Communication, Pan-Atlantic University, Lagos-Epe Expressway.
Barr. Azinge is currently a Doctoral Researcher of Business Administration (DBA) with the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom, and is currently researching the area of competitive strategies for improved SME competitiveness.
Barr. Azinge is also a columnist for Thisday Newspaper, titled “Legal Catalyst” dedicated to enabling lawyers maximize their legal potential.
Barr. Azinge continues to partner with corporate organisations, State Governments and Non-governmental organisations on a variety of entrepreneurship education initiatives.
Dr. Edith Azinge
Executive Director
Dr. Azinge is a seasoned Human Resources Professional with over 30 years experience in Teaching and Human Resources management gained locally and internationally. She is an independent HR Consultant. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Science Education, a master’s degree in Guidance and Counselling, both from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University, Ife) and a PhD in Counselling Psychology from the University of Lagos, Nigeria.
Prior to joining EMEDITH CONSULTING, Dr. Azinge was first a lecturer at the Institute of Education, University of Benin and later, a Human Resources Manager at Chevron Nigeria Limited, where she was responsible, at various times, for driving talent development, training and mentoring programs as well as facilitating Leadership and Onboarding workshops. She was also responsible for implementing the company’s strategic staffing initiatives, employee communications, HR policy development, total remuneration, diversity & inclusion initiatives and other workforce management programs.
Dr. Azinge is a certified HR practitioner. She is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, (CIPM) and has the Institute’s HR Practitioners’ License (HRPL). She also holds the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) certification and is a Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) Senior Certified Professional – SHRM-SCP. She is a certified 360o Feedback coach and an affiliate member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
